ADventure Camp

Choose Your Adventure!
As a conscientious parent, we know you’re researching other camps so that you know your child is headed to the best one, and we encourage you to check out other camps. Many have good programs, but none have the total combination of activities that makes us “Texas’ best adventure destination.” Camp Eagle is the only camp in Texas with all of the following: rock climbing on natural limestone cliffs, mountain biking on USA Cycling sanctioned trails, kayaking in the spring fed crystal clear Nueces River, and all of your summer camp favorites like our 850’ zip line, sand volleyball, tennis, swimming pool, game room, coffee shop, and more.

Take a look at the following camps and then swing by our Photos page and Videos page to see for yourself how Camp Eagle is the best and most affordable adventure camp in Texas:

- Adventure Camp Extreme (12-17 year olds) - July 27-Aug 9
- TMBRA Mt. Bike Training Camp (8-17 year olds) - June 7-10

PRICES:
Adventure Camp - $450.00
Adventure Camp Extreme - $800.00
TMBRA Mt. Bike Training Camp - $200.00

Why is our cost so much cheaper than other camps?
We desire to keep this a camp where everyone who truly
wants to be a part of it, can afford to come.  You will get
food, accommodations, programming, staff, scenery,
activities, and an atmosphere unlike anywhere else in
this part of the U.S., and for a fraction of the price
of other youth camps.

How can we offer such amazing prices?
We can offer these prices because we are blessed to
have so many campers.  Even though your campers
will be at a 1:6 counselor to camper ratio (max), We
will bring in over 3,000 campers during the summer,
and over 5,000 guests during the year.  This, along with
generous scholarship donations, allow us to keep our
general prices for all of our camps down.

All Camps: Dedicated counselors and coaches ensure that students experience an exciting week of summer camp. With trips to the river, fun adventure activities, and enjoyable camp festivities, campers will be stretched, develop character, have unforgettable experiences, begin life-long friendships, and be given opportunities to seek God.

ADVENTURE CAMP:  If you're an individual looking for all of the fun of summer camp and a piece of every adventure activity, then this is the week for you!  Our non-competitive atmosphere is the setting for a full week of fun, challenges, and friendships.  You will leave camp with an unforgettable experience, basic knowledge of multiple adventure sports, and an opportunity to seek and understand God.

ADVENTURE CAMP EXTREME:  If you like the sound of the one week program, but want something more, then check this out.  You'll get everything from the first week, then transition into Eagle Quest.  EQ is our completely on-site, all gear provided, fully-guided backpacking program.  After the first week of sleeping in the summer camp dorms, you'll move to the bunkhouse cabins, making small day hikes to extreme adventures, and intense personal and team challenges.  Then you'll transition into backpacking, living out of a tent, and cooking over the open fire in the Camp Eagle Backcountry.  This program allows you to try activities that you never thought you could do, be a part of seemingly endless life-changing moments, and build incredible relationships with our Counselors, Guides, and Jesus Christ!

TMBRA MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAINING CAMP:  This is a mountain bike training week for any youth that has competed in at least one race in the TMBRA mt. bike season.  Athletes will be separated by skill and fitness level as they go through the training.  Campers will learn about bike maintenance, training, diet, hydration, specific skills, race knowledge, etc.  And don't worry, it's camp!  They'll still get to participate in some of our major activities such as Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Dual Zip Line, Nueces River Water Park, Kayaking, Sherpa Trek, etc.

* The June 8-10 week is the Texas Mountain Bike Race Association (TMBRA) Invitational camp. Riders must be active or have been active in TMBRA to receive an invite to this week.
*Recommendation Gift - If a family registers from your recommendation (just have them tell us you sent them) - you’ll receive a Squirrel Bag (Pre-selected gifts from our 2008 Camp Store Items).
*Sibling Discount - Must be brothers or sisters ($450.00 - first camper, $400.00 - second camper, $350.00 - third camper, $300 - fourth camper)
